Bubbies is a leading purveyor of fermented, specialty foods offering naturally fermented pure kosher dills, dill relish, sauerkraut and pickled green tomatoes made without vinegar or artificial preservatives. Bubbies products are sold largely through natural food stores such as Whole Foods, Wild Oats, Organic Food Depot, Sunshine, Westerly and at better independent natural food stores throughout the country.

The Diamond Deal Team scoured the market to identify accretive acquisitions that met both Bubbies strict quality standards and promised specific cost and market synergies.

Othentic Foods is a New Jersey based importer of USDA certified Organic and All Natural pickles, sauerkraut, beets, marinated peppers, salads and soups from Poland.
